Bron found Yoga whilst living in London, as a busy Chef to have the tools to cope with the stress of working in fast paced kitchens.
As a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, Bron has completed over 1500hrs of teacher training and is passionate about learning and teaching skills that everyone can embrace.
Jade found yoga when looking for a practice to help relieve the tensions and daily stresses of academic work, long hours at a desk.
Now as a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, she creatively works with people of all levels of ability, to find a way through stress and tension, with developing lightness and ease.
Elizabeth is a recognised keynote speaker, leadership coach and facilitator. As the Co-Founder and Director of WALT Institute she is renowned for her ability to empower women to believe in themselves and that they are enough!
She brings over 30 years of experience in leadership and coaching and provides simple, easy to implement effective strategies!
Christine is a dynamic and engaging presenter, author of "Igniting Resilience; Overcoming a death sentence", a former elite athlete and Performance Coach.
As the Co-founder and CEO of WALT Institute, she specialises in positively disrupting the stories people tell themselves and guides them to discover they have so much more in their tank.
