Company or Organisation
To develop Authentic Leadership principles within organisations and companies, we first need to assess the current status.
We complete a one-day organisational needs assessment through short interviews and use of validated assessment scales with management and staff. We conduct 10 to 15 minute interviews with delegated individuals to identify their perspectives on:
Self Awareness
Self Regulation
Psychological Capital (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism)
Agency (follow-through)
A comprehensive cross-section of employees will be interviewed, with 5-6 individuals from each category (based on organization size), including Executives (CEOs, Directors, C-suite), Management (team/division leaders, supervisors), Academics, Professionals, and Support Staff.
Following the assessment (including interviews and validated scale scores), a detailed presentation will be delivered to management, outlining key findings and strategic recommendations. This will include actionable solutions to address identified gaps, along with a tailored training and development plan to ensure sustained growth and success.

and the psychological strengths driving individual and team performance.
A clearly defined strategy to bridge organisational gaps, aligning individuals with the company’s values and vision. This alignment drives higher levels of innovation, creativity, and resilience across the workforce.
